Carl Fogarty, the most successful World Superbike racer of all time, is the guest of honour at Castle Combe Circuit’s Fowlers Motorcycles Pro Bike National meeting.
The event, on Saturday the 3rd of September, marks the 60th anniversary of the first motorcycle meeting at the Wiltshire track where back in 1989, Foggy recorded the first ever 100mph lap. Of course he went on to win the World Superbike championship four times!
At this event, Fogarty will have a more relaxing role as he will be demonstrating in the lunch time parade of classic race bikes with machines dating from 1955. There is a packed programme, featuring 12 races, many of them with strong West Country interest
Admission prices are £15 for adults and £7.50 for OAPs. Paddock transfer is £2-50. Accompanied children under 16 are free.
